Corporate Social Responsibility

Deka Company takes care of its staff and provides them with the following social programs:

1. Since 2007 the employees have been provided with the policies of Voluntary medical insurance.

2. Since 2009 the VMI certificates include not only treatment but prevention and fitness programs.

3. The company provides a bonus program in the dining center on the territory of the company.

4. All employees get monthly bonuses depending on personal results that they show. The criteria for payment of bonuses are listed in the Payment and Incentive Statutes, and the bonuses are paid in accordance with the company’s in-house policy. The same document discusses the order of other payments to company employees, such as:

• bonuses for years of experience;
• a bonus for the vacation;
• payment of bonuses for major personal events and universities;
• payments for night hours at work;
• compensation for hazardous work conditions;
• attestation payments,
